FOR STUDENTS, SECONDARY & TERTIARY

Personal Presence Program

What if we could give students more than knowledge? What if we gave them practical tools to thrive? The Personal Presence Program equips students with evidence-based tools for emotional regulation, mental clarity and self-awareness, building a wellbeing toolkit they carry for life.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Tools for the demands modern students actually face

Today's students are navigating increasing levels of stress, anxiety, and emotional reactivity. As the demands of modern life continue to grow, students need practical tools to support their wellbeing alongside their academic development. The Personal Presence Program addresses this need directly, equipping young people with skills that strengthen emotional regulation, resilience, and self-awareness, supporting both academic success and long-term wellbeing.

THE PRESENCE MODEL

Three interconnected pillars at the heart of the Presence Program

Balance

Finding calm and strength within. When balanced, students feel grounded, steady and confident.

Accuracy

Seeing situations more clearly. Balance creates greater clarity, allowing students to understand themselves and others with accuracy.

Action

When balanced and clear, students can take action aligned with their true nature, making goals more effective and meaningful.

WHAT STUDENTS LEARN

Key tools for the classroom and beyond

Presence Model

An introduction to the Balance-Accuracy-Action framework. Students understand how their inner state shapes outer experiences and begin cultivating a calm, grounded baseline.

Mindset Shift Strategies

How thought patterns shape emotion and behaviour. Practical exercises build the capacity to shift perspective, reduce reactivity and respond rather than react.

Breathing & Nervous System

Alternate nostril breathing, diaphragmatic techniques and vagal activation. Students learn the neuroscience behind why these tools work and how to use them in the moments that count.

Goal-Setting & Personal Toolkit

Students build a personalised wellbeing toolkit, including five audio-guided meditations. They create a practice plan for ongoing self-regulation beyond the program.

*8 to 12 hours, delivered flexibly across the school year as dedicated wellbeing periods, integrated into existing subjects, or as intensive workshops.
